Many families enjoy playing horeshoes together. Horseshoes is an easy game for anyone to play. The physical easiness of the game makes it good for people of all ages. People from very young children to the elderly can play together. There is nothing strenuous about the game that would stop either the very old or the very young from playing. Everyone in the middle can enjoy it as well. A lot of people have forgotten the fun of these games. Bringing families closer is the main point of most of these games.

Many family games have lost popularity but others remain. The cornhole game is not as common as some others. A hole in a board is the target for a bean bag in the cornhole game. Getting the bag in the hole scores points for the player. Points can be earned by keeping the bag on the board. While fun, there is skill involved. A player needs 21 points in order to win the game. Washers is a game with an international following. A lot of people have never heard of the washers game. They also dont know how the game got its start. The washers game is rumored to have first started as a bet. A can some distance away was the target of a precisely-thrown washer. While a good story, there is no way of knowing if it is actually true. Rules have been created since that time, but the principal is the same. The washers are still thrown into a can to get points. Both landing close to the can and getting a washer into the can score points.
